Gilby - In The Ring Again!
Tonight my old boy made me very proud. Due to health problems etc, he hasnt been in the ring for 5 years. This evening, he came out of retirement to grace the ring at Nancledra Show. The old boy has still got what it takes!
Gilby was awarded 1st in Veteran, 2nd in Best Shortcoat, and 'Special' in Rescue/Rehomed. At the end, when Best In Show was being judged, Gilby was presented with a silver plate, and rosette for Best Veteran. The plate was donated by a lovely gentleman who had lost his German Shepherd two weeks before the show.
Guess who won BEST IN SHOW - Diesel the Anatolian! Although Gilby was a worthy competitor, you just cant beat the Anatolians!

Caroline and Gilby, way to go! seems like a lot of ASD folks have terriers as a second breed,
